Drexel University Home Purchase Assistance Program

What is the Drexel University Home Purchase Assistance Program?

The Drexel University Home Purchase Assistance Program was established to encourage and support home ownership within the defined borders of the Drexel University main campus community.  The program offers a forgivable loan of $15,000 to benefit eligible full- and part-time Drexel University employees, including Drexel University College of Medicine faculty and professional staff, as well as employees of The Academy of Natural Sciences at Drexel.  This loan is applicable toward the purchase of a residence within defined borders.

Along with the $15,000 forgivable loan from Drexel, the city of Philadelphia, through its Home Buy Now Program, offers a $4,000 grant to all participants in the program, bringing the total to $19,000.  See below to find more information!
