Before I get to work, I listen. So important. Do people really listen? In a service business like this one, do people really listen? I do. Absolutely. How else can I understand what you’re looking for? How can I possibly exceed your expectations if I don’t listen first? Sure I know the neighborhoods, yes I’ll find the right property and you bet I can negotiate with the best of them, but none of that matters if I don’t listen to you first.
